We are looking for a Data Services Coordinator to manage data request from the sales and marketing teams in the business and ensure that the database is kept up to date. You would also be responsible for the seamless distribution process of the publications. This role will be working closely with the sales, marketing, events and finance teams.


What you would be doing:

  • Updating the database and ensuring that the information is up-to-date, comprehensive and accurate as possible
  • Researching sales prospect for the database
  • Managing data request and generating reports for the sales teams
  • Generating reports for in-house reporting tool
  • Providing data selection support for events and subscription campaigns
  • Overseeing distribution process of the publications by agreeing selected clients to distribute to, confirming distribution figures, liaising with mailing houses to ensure timely delivery within set budget
  • Providing support to the membership association partnerships to ensure that records, subscriptions are updated and dealing with any ad hoc queries

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Degree educated
  • A least a year’s experience working with a CRM system in an office environment
  • Highly organised, excellent time management and good problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills across all levels in the business
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment
