Research Administrator , 12 month FTC


£18,000 - £20,000

We are looking for a highly organised and bright Research Assistant to support our friendly and busy Who’s Who Legal research team. You will support them with administrative duties to ensure the smooth completion of the research and publication process. 

What you would be doing:

  • Inputting feedback and recommendations received as part of the research process
  • Keeping legal practitioners’ contact details up to date
  • Helping to maintain the WWL and LBR databases.
  • Keeping track of moves within the legal marketplace
  • Preparing and upload content to the WWL website
  • Administering and coordinate aspects of the WWL research
  • Writing community news content to appear on the WWL website



What we are looking for:

  • Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Strong communication skills; ability to liaise with staff across the company
  • Excellent organisational skills; ability to keep track of multiple deadlines
